Bath Room is an architectural image based on real photo,I’ve worked on the following scene for compare some of the Vray and Mental features and differences.
Here are the scene details and structure .

First image on the right is done with Vray and the second one in Metal Ray , based on my finding the GI calculations is a bit different and these tow using a bit different algorithms.
